To Manage Real Estate Business with modern corporate practices and offer attractive investment opportunities to general public, Shields REIT Management Company (SRMC) was formed in Jul 2022. SRMC is Non-Banking Finance Company registered with and regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SRMC is in the process of launching projects and REIT Funds thereon on various properties owned by rest of entities of the Group. Besides Group Directors, following personalities from corporate sector has joined the Board of Directors of SRMC.
