A member of the esteemed Dadabhoy family, Abdullah Dadabhoy has always remained dedicated to his ideals and the greater good. Today, he owns and leads multiple businesses, supports philanthropic initiatives, and is actively involved in welfare work both within Pakistan and internationally.

As Chairman of Dadabhoy Housing & Investments, he has launched several real estate projects, including low-cost housing schemes in and around Karachi.

Peace and Policy

Believing that peace and security are essential for development, he established the Centre for Peace, Security & Developmental Studies (CPSD). This independent think tank promotes ideas on managing change, conflict, and socio-political challenges through research and dialogue.

Media and Innovation

To reshape Pakistan’s media landscape, Abdullah Dadabhoy founded DBTV — the country’s first internet-based news and current affairs TV channel. The platform delivers trusted content on national issues and serves as a hub for informed public discourse.

Education

He is the visionary behind the Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education (DIHE), founded in 2003. Over the years, DIHE has empowered thousands of students through quality technical and professional education.

Plans are underway to transform DIHE into a full-fledged university, with a new 250-acre campus in Hawkesbay, Karachi — land generously donated by Mr. Dadabhoy himself.

Mr. Dadabhoy is a life member of several national and international institutions:
