Background
Rabia Dadabhoy (RD) is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE), where she pursued her MBA after cultivating a deep interest in Business Management and Economics. From an early age, she has been actively involved in the Dadabhoy Foundation’s developmental and educational projects, contributing strategic insight and vision to initiatives that aim to strengthen Pakistan’s academic and infrastructural landscape.
Leadership in Education
RD plays a central role in the Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education (DIHE), particularly in the expansion and modernization of its main campus at Hill Park. She is deeply engaged in curriculum review and academic innovation, ensuring that the institute’s programs remain competitive and relevant to evolving industry needs.
As Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at DIHE, she implemented transformative quality assurance strategies, setting a benchmark for other business schools across Pakistan. Her contributions have led to significant improvements in academic delivery and institutional management.
